The Supervisory Board (SB) is the supreme governing body of TLS Group with mission to: establish the long-term objectives and strategy of TLS Group, appoint and revoke the members of the Executive Board (EB), control the EB's activities and develop/implement the TLS Group corporate culture. In addition, the SB represents the entire group and the company's guiding principles through its President, defines the Group's marketing strategy and appoints the Group’s auditors and lawyers.

The members of the TLS Supervisory Board, alongside Vice-President Christopher H. Wasserman: Professor Erich Lugscheider is a world-famous expert in material sciences. Amongst other things, he is Professor of Material Sciences at the RWTH Aachen (Aachen University of Technology) and Honorary Professor of Material Science at the University for Astronautics and Aeronautics in Beijing, China. Nicole Rouquet gained her doctorate (PhD) in material sciences at the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse. She is President of URODELIA SA, Saint Lys, France. She is an expert in the area of calcium phosphate chemistry and is trained as a technical and managing director. She has run innovative companies in the bio-medical field as a general manager for ten years. The Executive Board (EB) is the day-to-day operational body of the TLS Group. It is responsible for the achievement of the objectives defined by the SB, reports to the SB, prepares consolidated financial accounts and technical projects and suggests relevant improvements and developments to the SB.
